1 About KingShortner

KingShortner allows users to create and share shortened links that may pass through a guided gateway experience before reaching the original destination URL. The service is designed for simple link access, public sharing, and charitable traffic support.

2 Charity-Based Use

Users may create and share shortened links through KingShortner to support charitable or social-good initiatives managed or selected by Kings Wake Digital Private Limited.

By using KingShortner, users understand and agree that:

• Users do not earn personal revenue from shortened links.
• KingShortner does not provide user payouts, withdrawals, wallets, commissions, or revenue sharing.
• Advertising or platform revenue generated through KingShortner links is retained by KingShortner/Kings Wake Digital Private Limited.
• Such revenue may be used for charitable initiatives, social-good projects, platform operations, taxes, compliance costs, fraud prevention, hosting, development, and other lawful business purposes.
• Use of KingShortner does not automatically create a donation receipt, tax benefit, employment relationship, partnership, or financial claim for any user.

3 User Accounts and Link History

KingShortner may allow users to sign in, create short links, and view their own link history. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for all activity performed through their account.

KingShortner may suspend, restrict, or remove any account or link if it violates these Terms, creates risk, receives abuse reports, or appears harmful.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use KingShortner only for lawful, safe, and responsible purposes. You must not use KingShortner to create, promote, or share links involving:

• Malware, viruses, spyware, harmful downloads, or deceptive software.
• Phishing, credential theft, fake login pages, scams, impersonation, or fraud.
• Spam, bot traffic, automated abuse, fake clicks, forced traffic, or traffic manipulation.
• Illegal content, illegal goods, illegal services, or content that violates applicable law.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors.
• Non-consensual explicit content, revenge porn, or abusive adult content.
• Hate, harassment, threats, violence, terrorism, or extremist content.
• Copyright piracy, stolen content, cracked software, or unauthorized paid content.
• Misleading “download”, “claim reward”, “you won”, fake virus alerts, fake updates, or deceptive buttons.
• Any destination that attempts to bypass security systems, ad network rules, platform rules, or legal restrictions.

KingShortner may block, disable, or remove any link at any time without prior notice if it appears unsafe, abusive, misleading, or non-compliant.

5 Link Destinations

KingShortner does not own or control third-party destination websites reached through shortened links. You are responsible for the URLs you shorten and share.

KingShortner is not responsible for:

• Third-party website content.
• Products, services, downloads, claims, offers, or actions on destination websites.
• Loss, damage, fraud, malware, or disputes caused by third-party destinations.
• Any change made by a destination website after a short link is created.

Users should check destination websites before sharing links.

6 Gateway Pages, Advertising, and Redirects

KingShortner links may show gateway pages, countdown pages, informational content, verification steps, advertisements, sponsored content, or other monetization formats before the final destination opens.

By using KingShortner, you agree that:

• A shortened link may not redirect instantly.
• Users may need to complete normal gateway steps before reaching the final URL.
• KingShortner may display ads or sponsored content, subject to applicable policies.
• KingShortner may modify gateway design, timing, content, ad placements, or link flow at any time.
• Abuse, bots, automated completion, ad bypassing, or manipulation of gateway pages is prohibited.

7 No Guaranteed Availability

KingShortner aims to keep links accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Links may stop working due to maintenance, technical issues, security blocks, abuse reports, destination problems, legal requests, or policy enforcement.

We may update, suspend, disable, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8 Abuse Reports and Enforcement

KingShortner may review links manually or automatically to detect spam, malware, phishing, fraud, illegal content, or policy violations.

We may take actions including:

• Removing or disabling links.
• Suspending or deleting accounts.
• Blocking domains or destinations.
• Limiting link creation.
• Reporting serious abuse to relevant authorities or service providers.
• Preserving data when required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.

9 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the URLs you shorten are lawful and safe.
• Having rights to share the content you link to.
• Not misleading users about the destination.
• Not generating fake, bot, incentivized, or manipulated traffic.
• Following applicable laws, platform rules, and ad network policies.

10 Intellectual Property

The KingShortner name, branding, interface, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kings Wake Digital Private Limited.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or impersonate KingShortner without written permission.

11 Privacy

Your use of KingShortner may involve collection of basic technical and usage information such as IP address, browser data, device data, link activity, and account information. This information may be used for service operation, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kings Wake Digital Private Limited and KingShortner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the service, shortened links, gateway pages, advertisements, or third-party destinations.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kings Wake Digital Private Limited, KingShortner, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your links, your destination content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14 Changes to These Terms

KingShortner may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of KingShortner after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law and competent jurisdiction.
